Sales Associate
Houston office

The Houston office is looking for a Sales Associate. The Sales associate must have a strong background in theatre lighting. Production experience is an asset. Knowledge of equipment and how different lighting equipment integrates with other lighting equipment is a hallmark of our business.

Sales Associates help customers in many ways. At one level, they help clients with their expendable needs which is a relatively straight forward transaction But the greatest strength of a StageLight Sales Associate is their knowledge. Sales Associates must be able to listen carefully to clients to determine the right solution for the right budget. And to be effective, Sales Associates must remain curious about new equipment and new solutions.

Sales Associates have access to all of the leading manufacturers, so resources are abundantly available to indulge their curiosity. StageLight maintains its own black box Lab for testing and demonstration of equipment.

A certain amount of lighting design is a must as well. In order to assist clients, sales associates are often asked how to design solutions that may be completely stand alone or must integrate with the existing environment. Knowledge of controls and networking is a must.

The Sales Associate position is one of great responsibility. Regardless of a design or production background, the opportunity to assist clients to create ever better lighting is very satisfying.

Are you up to it? If you think so, please send a resume to hr@stagelight.com We look forward to enriching our company with new ideas.
